1. You must complete and return the “Potential Puppy Owner Questionnaire” along with a $100 deposit to have your name placed on a reservation list for a puppy.  This deposit is fully refundable if we are unable to fill your requirements from the litter, but will be forfeited if you change your mind and do not complete the sale.

2. All Mantrailing/SAR and Pet Puppies will be sold with an AKC Limited Registration and a spay/neuter contract.

3. All show puppies will be sold with a full AKC registration. 

4. Following the birth of the puppies, those people on the reservation list will be notified.  Progress reports, including photos on the puppies will be provided on a weekly basis.

5. Puppies will be evaluated at 8 weeks of age.  At that time puppies will be placed according to the information we have on each prospective home.

6. Puppies will not be released from breeder until total purchase price, shipping fees (if applicable) and microchip fee is received in full.

7. Puppies may be picked-up or shipped after they reach 8 weeks of age.  Buyer will be responsible for the actual cost of the shipping plus $50 airport transportation fee, health certificate, and shipping crate, payable prior to shipping the animal.

8. The puppies will be microchipped with an Avid microchip prior to delivery.  This is done to provide a permanent means of identification in case the puppy is lost or stolen.  Bauer Bloodhounds is able to provide this service to our clients at a significantly reduced rate of $20, which is payable at the time of delivery.
